These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KEEP CALM WALK THE DOG's Website, located at Keepcalmwalkthedog.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use KEEP CALM WALK THE DOG if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Please schedule in advance for services. Meet and greets are required before reservations for all new clients.

During the meeting, I will advise you to review my policies on the website to ensure both owner and pet are set up for a comfortable, reliable experience.

It's important to note that a charge for a full day will apply if your pet remains past 4:00 PM.

We strive to accommodate the needs of all our clients and their pets. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet's boarding routine and schedule.

Dog Walking

Payment is due in full when the dates for walks are confirmed. Failure to pay before the day of scheduled walk will result in no walks.

Boarding

50% of total is due when service is confirmed. Balance is due at the time of or prior to the first visit of that scheduled service. Boarding checking out is before 4:00 PM; if time is exceeded another Boarding charge will be added for the day.

Dog Walks: If cancellation is not made 3 hours before a scheduled walk, it will be charged for a regular walk. If you are home during a scheduled visit and forget to cancel, the full price of the service will be charged.

Boarding: If cancellation is passed 48 hours prior to your scheduled boarding, a fee of 50% of the total service fee is applied. If you cancel any part of your scheduled boarding, for example canceling early in your scheduled reservation, you are responsible for the entire initial reservation fee.

There is an additional fee of $30 per day (regardless of # of visits) charged on these observed holidays:

For everyone’s well-being, I do not work with pets that show aggressive behavior or have complex medical needs. If your pet requires simple medication, I’m happy to administer it exactly as you instruct, but I cannot guarantee the results and cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes.

In the event of severe weather, road closures, or other conditions that prevent me from reaching your home, I will contact you as soon as possible. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are safe and secure in their own home or yard. I am not liable for injuries your pet may sustain, or for any property damage caused by your pet, while on your property.

During extreme or uncomfortable weather, walks may be shortened or adjusted to keep your furry friend (and me!) safe and happy.
